I use the shake either as my breakfast or a snack, but I usually don't drink more than one a day.
I haven't had the guts to weigh myself yet and I'm not sure why; most likely because I don't want to be disappointed, but I think I've been really good.
In the morning I either have the protein meal bar OR a shake, but not both. For lunch I have a bunch of veggies with ranch (it's actually pretty good) and for dinner, I've been semi-bad by going to Qdoba (Mexican place) where they make really good burrito's! They're really big, so I've only been eating like half of one and saving the rest for the next night. It might sound pretty boring, but I never get bored of Mexican food for some reason.
